YO TE CONTESTO. Una vez que reciba tu mail, te responderé a la mayor brevedad posible. Normalmente soy tan rápida como mi conexión a Internet me permite, pero puedo demorarme hasta 24 horas... ¡nunca más!. Ahí te indicaré forma de pago, de envío, etc, y contestaré a todas las dudas que puedas tener.
PEDIDO EN MARCHA. Normalmente no pasan más de 4 a 6 días desde tu primer mail hasta que recibes el objeto en tu casa. Si no lo tengo en Stock puedo intentar conseguirtelo en pocas semanas. Los envíos se hacen en el día de recibir el pago o al día siguiente como mucho, así que podrías tenerlo en tu casa máximo 48 horas.
FORMAS DE PAGO
- Pago bancario. Transferencia o ingreso.
- Contrareembolso. Sólo para envíos por Correos y dependiendo del destino.
- Paypal. Exclusivamente para envíos fuera de España.
- En mano. Exclusivamente para entregas en Catalunya.
- Los precios están en € e incluyen el 18% iva.
- Si una vez que recibes el objeto, no te gusta oh!!, tienes 7 días para devolvérmelo. Eso sí, asegúrate bien antes de comprarlo porque los gastos de envío (ida y vuelta) correrían por tu cuenta. Además hay algunas piezas que por su fragilidad no tienen devolución posible. Lo dicho, segúrate bien antes para evitar líos...
